Innovation Centre

The Innovation Centre building was developed as an investment property to attract a rental tenant in the rapidly growing node of Rosebank and surrounds. The tenant is General Electric (GE), who have utilized the building as an Innovation Centre - a pioneering showroom for emerging technological products.

 

The building is positioned on a prime piece of land that overlooks the Killarney Golf Course with spectacular views from inside the office space.

The economical floor-plates provide flexibility in planning, and the building has ample balconies and terraces to maximize the access to the surrounding golf course. Ruim was instrumental in the unlocking of the development and the design and execution of the project.

The design was conceived to be integrated alongside the golf course.
