Creative Responses

During the lockdown in South Africa, Hoven explored various small architectural projects designed physical distancing and to provide a healthier, low-touch experience on return to the workplace.

 

Replaceable paper desk pads were designed for shared work surfaces along with colourful perspex and timber desk dividers.  The dividers maintain a visual connection between colleagues and add an element of playfulness to the workspace through colour.

 

The desk pads were customised for Workshop17 to demarcate individual workspaces within a shared environment.
